“Sviyaga Hills”. Professional instructors will explain the safety

He all-season city-resort "Sviyazhsky Hills" was opened in 2016 on the site of the ski complex "Kazan", which was also known as "Sviyaga", as it stands on the right bank of the river with this name.

 As a result of the large-scale renovation, the complex is now positioned not only as a center for mountain skiing and active winter recreation, but also a universal recreational facility: there is a golf club, a football field, a summer pool and a beach, 10 restaurants and cafes, hotels and alpine lodges.

The resort is popular with residents of Kazan and nearby cities, many of it is still known as GSOK "Kazan". It is one of the largest resorts in the central part of Russia, from time to time takes the stages of competitions in alpine skiing and snowboarding.

The season usually starts in November-December and ends in March-April, but the weather can make its own adjustments.

The ski complex "Sviyazhsky Hills" offers routes of various complexity:

             -Green (1044 m, 165 m drop) is suitable for beginners;

-The blue (1023 m, the difference of 156 m) will be liked by those who confidently stand on skis or snowboards, but are not yet ready for dangerous stunts;

-Two red tracks (130 m drop) seem simple and short, but they are designed only for experienced riders.

In addition, the GC has snowboarding tracks, a training slope with a drag lift, a track for children, an ice rink.
